1. OFFICE HOURS are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sunday and Holidays the office is CLOSED.
  2. GATE ACCESS HOURS are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. 365 days per year; unless arrangements have been made for 24 hour access. Please vacate the yard by 10:45 p.m. The gate will lock at 11:00 p.m.
  3. Facility entry is by GATE CODE ONLY. Eagles Nest Storage’s access gate code is exclusively for the use of the tenant. When entering the gate DO NOT TAILGATE! Each tenant needs to STOP and enter your CODE for security purposes.
  4. Rental is on a MONTH to MONTH basis. There is NO RENT REFUND for partial months or early termination. IF you notify our office before or while making payment for the month you will be vacating, we will pro-rate your payment for a partial month. Changing your due date and making partial payments is not done to eliminate late fees. It can only be done for the purpose of vacating your unit.
  5. Payments may be made by Check, Cash, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Check payments are to be made payable to EAGLES NEST STORAGE. Please write your UNIT NUMBER on your check or money order. For your convenience, there is an AFTER HOURS payment drop in the office door for check or money order payment only (Please, no cash!)
  6. Refer to our POSTED “NO’S OF STORAGE”. Please do not put items not permitted in storage units including LP or propane tanks.
  7. PETS must be on a leash; please CLEAN UP after them.
  8. OPEN STORAGE (Parking) of cars, trucks, boats, trailers, etc. IS NOT ALLOWED. UNATTENDED VEHICLES are subject to be TOWED at owner’s expense.
  9. WORKING CAR, TRUCK, RV, JET SKI, MOTORCYCLE, BOAT storage is an approved use. A copy of vehicle registration or title for any vehicle stored in a garage unit must be provided at time of rental and kept up to date and on file at all times during tenancy. When there is no title or registration the vehicle cannot be stored. ABSOLUTELY NO MECHANICAL REPAIRS, NO CLEANING OF PARTS, NO FLAMMABLES ALLOWED IN UNITS. PERFORMING MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE ON VEHICLES INSIDE THE UNIT IS NOT PERMITTED.
  10. Facility SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH. Our yard becomes very busy with traffic and large trucks. For the safety of our tenants we ask that you refrain from driving motor vehicles, motorcycles, mopeds, ATVs, etc. between the aisles. Such items should be removed from storage and taken directly out of the yard.
  11. EAGLES NEST STORAGE does NOT INSURE your items. INSURANCE is the TENANT’S responsibility. Tenant Insurance is available from Bader Company and premiums may be paid with your monthly rent payment.
  12. Use ONE LOCK ONLY PER DOOR. The cylinder lock, provided by Eagles Nest Storage, must be placed in the unit door at the time of rental and remain at all times during tenancy. Units without locks will be considered abandoned or vacated.
  13. We RECOMMEND you: keep a written INVENTORY LIST (forms available in the office); use dust covers over your items; make PERIODIC UNIT VISITS to check your items; ask for pest control as needed provided by management during office hours.
  14. NO YARD OR GARAGE SALES are ever permitted within the yard or in your storage units. IF Eagles Nest Storage holds a Community Yard Sale, our tenants will be invited to participate.
  15. SMOKING is PROHIBTED inside any buildings, hallways or units. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in your car ashtrays. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are PROHIBITED on the premises.
  16. A 5-DAY NOTICE BEFORE VACATING is a great help to us! When vacating TAKE EVERYTHING YOU PUT IN THE UNIT, sweep, close the door and TAKE YOUR LOCK AND KEYS!! Return the gate fob to the office.
  17. Use of the DUMPSTER is NOT part of your rental privileges.
